Terms & Conditions:

(i) The above prices are inclusive of fuel & chauffeur charges.
(ii) The charges quoted above are calculated based on the current fuel prices and further for any hike in fuel price, “Fuel Hike Surcharge” would be charged @ Rs.0.13 per km for every Rs.1.00 in fuel price on package or actual kms run (whichever is higher). The rates are exclusive of parking / toll / interstate
permit charges. However, the Prices would be mutually discussed and revised on quarterly basis.
(iii) For outstation trips, the km rate mentioned in the above table for each car categories will applicable as outstation per km rate, with a minimum billing of 250 km per calendar day or actual kms utilized. For Mumbai, Pune Hyderabad & Bangalore minimum billing of 300 km per calendar day or actual kms utilized.
(iv) Night charge duty beyond 22:00 Hrs @ Rs.300.
(v) Outstation Chauffeur charges: Rs.350 per day Allowance (06:00 till 21:59 Hrs) and Rs.450 per night retention charges (22:00 till 05:59 Hrs).
(vi) Inter-state entry permits / fee,Toll, parking & taxes sundries charges will be payable on actual.
(vii) GST as applicable will be levied on total billing.
(viii) Minimum billing will be for 4 hrs/ 40 Kms incase the kms/ hrs exceed upto 6 Hrs /60 Kms extra kms and extra hour rates will be charged, thereafter the rates for next slab 8 Hrs / 80 Kms will be applicable) and then thereafter extra hr and extra km rates will be applicable.
(ix) Mileage & time would always be calculated from garage to garage basis.
(x) Turnaround time for passing the bookings 3 hrs for local bookings and 24hrs for other cities.
(xi) Reservations & Cancellation: Reservations will be routed through the local offices and Reservations will be accepted only on receipt of email request. Confirmation of reservations will be subject to availability of cars / category.
(xii) Cancellation Charges: Cancellation made Two hours before the duty reporting time: Nil.
(xiii) Cancellation Charges once the car has left our premises. Minimum rental.
(xiv) No-show: minimum rental slab will be applicable.

BILL SUBMISSION / PAYMENT TERMS:
(1) Bills will submitted on fortnightly basis. There shall be credit period of 15 days from the date of submission of the bills. The payments are to be made within 15 days from the date of submission of the bills.
(2) All the bills for car usages at various locations will be centrally submitted at the Corporate.
(3) All bills will be submitted as per the billing cycle.
(4) All payment to be made in favour of Miles Car Rental or through NEFT / RTGS transfer or through Credit Card.
